Adjunct faculty

Gopakumar Mukundan is an Adjunct Faculty at the CSES. He is a graduate in law from Government Law College, Ernakulam and also secured a diploma in Journalism. He was extensively involved in the decentralised local governance in Kerala in different roles from assessing local demands, preparing plans, and improving local level planning capacity. He brings to CSES his vast experience in public finance and local governance. At the Centre he will be involved in research and training activities that focus on improving governance at different levels.
