Centre for Socio-economic and Environmental Studies (CSES) and the Department of Economics, St. Pauls College, Kalamassery are jointly releasing the book LOCAL POLITICS AND PARTICIPATORY PLANNING IN KERALA authored by Dr. K. Rajesh (Senior Fellow, IRTC, Palakkad).
The book will be released by Dr. T.M. Thoms Isaac (Honourable Minister for Finance and Coir, Kerala) and received by Prof. (Dr.) K.K. George (Chairman, CSES).
Prof. (Dr.) P.K. Michael Tharakan (Chariman, Kerala Council for Historical Research) will introduce the book and Shri. A.P. Muraleedharan (President, Kerala Sastra Sahitya Parishad) will reflect on it.
