Senior Fellow

He holds a master’s in Business Administration and a B.Tech in Computer Science. He has vast experience in social research, especially in large scale sample surveys.  As Secretary of CSES, he also heads the administration department of the Centre.  His areas of interest include decentralisation, governance and public finance.
