Holds a Master’s degree in Statistics and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications. Has more than ten years of experience in data base preparation, handling large data sets, identifying patterns and trends, data analysis and consolidation and presentation of findings as tables and graphs.

At CSES, has been involved in the preparation of data base and analysis of primary data collected through statewide surveys and secondary data across various domains such as local governance, labour market dynamics, implementation of various government programmes in the state, etc. Has also done the database management of large-scale national surveys such as Global Youth Tobacco Survey in states where CSES coordinated the survey.

Has expertise in using SPSS and R software for data analysis and profound knowledge of various inferential statistics. Skilled in formulating and testing hypotheses based on research questions using appropriate statistical methods. Adept in different CSPro modules and tools and with Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) techniques for face-to-face data collection on a portable device and other digital modes of data collection.
