Social Researcher with more than eight years of experience. His research interests mainly lies in welfare and development of marginalised communities and vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, rural development, and local governance. Has vast experience in field-related research; especially qualitative methods, i.e., In Depth Interviews  and Focus Group Discussions with key stakeholders in different projects.

He began his career as a field investigator in various projects at research institutions, including CSES and has since advanced to supervisory and coordinating roles. Has been involved in field-level coordination of quantitative primary surveys, including major large-scale national surveys such as the Global Adult Tobacco Survey and the Global Youth Tobacco Survey in different states in South India.

Since 2015, he has been a member of the National Level Monitoring teams for the Ministry of Rural Development and the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, and was involved in the monitoring of centrally sponsored rural development schemes and the functions of Grama Panchayats in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu. Has also co-ordinated activities with various Grama Panchayats under different projects such as implementation of activities under  Jal Jeevan Mission.

He holds a Postgraduate degree in Social Work and is currently pursuing Master’s in Psychology.
