People Centric Services of the Government Departments -Kerala

Study on People Centric Services by the Land Revenue Department,  Registration Department, Survey and Land Records Department, Food and Civil Supplies Department, Police Department and Consumerfed of the Government of Kerala.  The study is being done for the Third Administrative Reforms Commission, Government of Kerala.  The study aims to understand bottlenecks affecting effective service delivery including issues related to systems and processes, infrastructure, human resources, hierarchical linkages, inter departmental convergence, availability of service standards, etc. and to suggest measures to overcome the same.
